A SMALL TOWN. A CLEVER INVESTMENT.
Buy with care. Sell with flair. Make the lane your own.
YOUR COLLECTION
WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Play against Fern and Jasper. Each of you starts with 18 coins. Every coin you keep is worth one point at the end.
Raise the highest bid, or pass to take the lowest property still on the table. Passing costs half your own bid, rounded up. If you never bid, passing is free! The last bidder gets the best property and pays their full bid.
Three checks appear each round. Choose one property to sell. Your rivals choose privately before you do. Highest property takes the highest check, lowest takes the lowest. Tied checks are fine.
Your checks + leftover coins = your score. More leftover coins break a score tie; if those tie too, share the win.
The next auction starts with its previous winner. 24 of 30 properties and 24 of 30 checks are dealt. Property numbers are ranks, not prices. Keys: B bid · P pass · U undo · Enter continue · Esc close.
